A workstand is perhaps the most essential tool for anyone working on a bicycle. Elevating the bike off the ground allows full use of the drivetrain, frees up the hands, and prevents neck and back strain from hunching or kneeling over a bike that is upside-down or precariously leaning against a wall. The Park Tool PCS-10.3 is a basic bike workstand designed and built for the home mechanic: a stable way to hold nearly any bicycle for adjustments, cleaning and repair. The PCS-10.3 is the perfect stand to upgrade your home shop. ANY BIKE The PCS-10.3 is able to hold up to 80 pounds (36 kg), which allows for compatibility with virtually all two-wheeled pedal-driven bicycles (including fat bikes), as well as most e-bikes. NOTE: The maximum weight holding capacity assumes the weight is centered over the legs. ANY SEATPOST Based on the same design found on our world-famous professional shop stands, the clamp of the PCS-10.3 features narrow jaws ( 2.7" /7 cm) to fit into tight areas or on short seatposts, and adjusts to fit 7/8" to 3" (22–76 mm) diameter tubes and seatposts of any shape and material, including aero posts and carbon fiber frames. ANY POSITION The PCS-10.3 features 18 inches of height adjustment – from 39" to 57" (99–145 cm) – putting all parts of the bike within reach for any mechanic whether seated or standing. With 360 degrees of clamp rotation, the PCS-10.3 can hold bicycles in a comfortable position for any procedure – even upside down . (7.2 kg) and able to quickly fold down to 45" x 14.5" (114 x 37 cm), the PCS-10.3 is perfect for the mobile mechanic or garage. Strong sturdy but the clamp mech takes some getting used to and the instructions and video dont help much - very un-park in that respectWanted one when I was riding Bmx in my teens. Now 33, started pedaling again, the stand is worth every penny. 26” Bmx bike, very stable, no flipping bike over on the floor and bending over to work. 2yr old pulls on bike while in stand. No worries. Get One!!!!This work stand is amazing! My ebike weighs 50Lbs and this stand holds it as it is not even there. Easy to setup, easy to clamp bike on, and stress free worry anything will tip, or move. All makes any work I do on the bike easier and quicker. Well worth money.I'd buy it again and will definitely purchase more of Park Tool's product line. The product material quality is great. You can tell the people using their products are the people designing them. <3It is built well. Every component feels complete and the wall thickness of all tubing and bracing is thick, as if it were almost over engineered and they haven't cut all the profit out. None of it seems like it was stamped out in a massive low quality factory. It's great! In use, I had no problem putting my 60 and 70lb EBikes (with battery!) at 5+ feet eye level. The clamps all work well and were easy to use. I experimented and mounted it from 2 different points. Easy to set up/break down. Mobile and that rocks. No issues. Love it all. It's very sturdy. Don't let the 1 star review fool you.At 5+ ft high with a heavy EBike mounted at the frame, it is "more than" sturdy enough to do everything repair related. It does not wobble with a bike mounted or while working on one. You really have to push the bike to get it ossicating at best.I decided to test it out with a big push. I gave it an old "1980's car door push". It will take it and wobble, but it doesn't make me nervous one bit :D This sucker is nice. The stand does not wobble. I think some of the poor reviews assembled the stand improperly. I attached a photo of where I think they may have missed some important assembly steps. It's really important that you complete step 5 and tighten down bolt 15 before jumping to step 7.Buy one! You won't regret it!Thank you Park Tool for not making garbage!Super easy to assemble, just watch the YouTube video as you go.Nice bike repair stand. Very sturdy and easy to use. Highly recommend this equipment.Works out of the box with the tool tray. Bought the tool tray before I bought the stand! For the home repair person this is a super quality product. As usual Park Tools just don’t disappoint.Buy Park Tools and be confident of a good investment. The repair stand is well designed for the home repair cyclist. It feels solid and holds my ebike without any problems. There are multiple adjustments available so you can get your bike to the correct angle required. In general the quality is good but some of the washers that hold the legs together could be better engineered. It works, it’s functional but minor improvements would make it even better. My biggest negative is the instructions. They are poorly laid out and not very clear. I’ve worked on loads of tools and building this repair stand took a lot longer than I thought it would. Despite the poor instructions I would still recommend this item.I wanted a stand for my electric bike. This fit the bill perfectly. Easy to assemble and easy to open and when opened very stable. The bike fits in the jaws and if they are horizontal and you place the bike within the centre of balance you can set the cam lever, lock the bike and then I can rotate the bike easily to have wheels horizontal for work or cleaning. Very pleased and all though quite a lot of money I am very happy with it as I don't worry about it falling over or the bike falling off.Very easy to assemble - especially given that Park Tool have posted a video detailing assembly - much easier to follow than printed vague diagrams. Took about 10 minutes to set up and very impressed with solid build quality. After assembly completed, I was very pleased I purchased this rather than a cheaper brand. The female screw thread for the main clamp bolt will not secure the bolt to be screwed in. In fact the bolt can be pushed in and pulled out without screwing it! The metal this is bored into is very soft and the machining of poor quality. The item is Not fit for purpose and the quality quite shocking given the cost of the stand. ReturnedI’ve bought two previous work stands that have never done the job properly, never held the bike securely and been a aim to use. The Park Tool PCS 10.3 is expensive on paper but I know I’ll never need to buy another and the cost per use will look like good value for money. It’s a pleasure to use and holds even a heavy full suspension aluminium MTB exactly in position at any angle.
