I bought these at a hobby store to compare them against my Tamiya and Godhand nippers and I hoped mine were defective but several other people have the same problem. At first they were radically out of alignment, resulting in they being completely unable to remove nubs in any meaningful way. Despite my best efforts they remain misaligned to the point where Bandai's entry grade nippers work better and I can't grind them down because the pin doesn't fully secure them so they drift out of place constantly. The handle does feel good in my hands and the blades are very sharp but it doesn't matter if it can't do it's job.Go buy a fifteen dollar Godhand instead, it's cheaper and with the right tools you can use it for years. Or use a hobby knife, I don't care for them myself but people get really good results with them.
