Perfect length for what I need them for. Sturdy, rivets looked good, nice "feel" to them and you're able to easily grasp and move things around. Only gripe my friend had was that the handle could have better ergonomics. But he does like to complain....I like em. I'd recommend.UPDATE 2018: The person who received this had the following suggestion for the manufacturer: Skip the orange paint. It flakes off eventually. He would have rather had a plain metal tong. We live in a cold climate. IF the handle had some type of coating that would be great to prevent frostbite when grilling during the winter. The tongs are still functioning great.
