This bag is absolutely perfect for the cyclist that needs to carry the essentials (tire levers, CO2, tube, multi-tool, small first aid kit) and that's it. It all fits very snugly and the 0.5L capacity is JUST large enough to do the job without being so big it makes you look slow. The design of the bag fits reasonably in the slipstream of the seat post and is secured aptly with the velcro straps (this bag doesn't shift around while you're out of the saddle rocking the bike back and forth). The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding and I expect this bag to last a long, long time. DO NOT get this bag if you are looking for a trunk for your bike. DO get this bag if you're looking to maximize efficiency and keep the aforementioned essentials out of your jersey pockets. This is a 10/10 on the value meter for me.A perfect fit for my road bike. I love the quality, it’s my second tool kit bag for me that’s how much I love this brand.Really like this bag, Small enough to fit perfectly under the saddle but large enough to hold the most essential items. Don't expect to be able to fit more than an extra tube, patch kit, a C02 with inflator and a some allen wrenches though. Can't go wrong with Jandd. They are simply the best. Their product will outlast anything out there by a factor of at least ten. Without exaggeration.Whatever they make, they do well.VERY SMALL, fits a spare tube and multitool, barely!!good fit under the seatYou won't see me as a Verified Purchase because just as I was about to click "add to cart" I checked that big competing website where people sell their stuff and I found a pair of new bags for sale for the same price as just one here, also free shipping (and when they arrived they really were new with tags, just not in the original carton). So definitely shop around.Beautiful, incredibly well made, enormously long velcro straps mean this will only come off when intended - hint: don't simply cinch the straps down, the bag will still bounce around; instead, shove the bag upwards to cram it past the seat rails and then cinch down the straps hard, and the bag will be as tightly connected to the bike as if they were welded together. Double zipper closure means you can easily open it without having to probe around. Note that without some degree of "probing" you will not CLOSE the bag completely, the zippers will comfortably stop at around the 11 o'clock and 1 o'clock positions; chances are you won't care about the 1" unzipped gap that remains at the top but hey, if that's important then it'll take you 20 seconds to close it (by zipping it up past the bottom of the seat) instead of three seconds.Yes it's small but not as small as some of the reviews imply. In one of them I have two small disc brake locks and an entire rolled-up bike lock cable. In the other I have my entire tool kit: 15mm wheel wrench (full disclosure: okay, I did buy a "shorty" 15mm wrench because a full-size wrench was too long), 10/8mm ratchet wrench, various Allen wrenches, stubby screwdriver, CO2 cartridge and inflator device, thermometer-style pressure gauge, tire removal levers, and a little box of patches and glue. The only thing that doesn't fit is my disc brake straightener and a) I don't really need that on the road, b) I knew when I bought it that it was unusually big, and c) it doesn't fit because it's too long, not that there isn't any more room inside the bag (there is). And unlike being in a pouch inside the bike's front basket, the tools (and, for the other bike, the disc locks) don't clang around going over bumps anymore.I am glad I paid much less than the price currently posted for this on Amazon - but even if I had paid the Amazon price, I would still rate it five stars for value. Little wonder! The produce arrived on time. The material seemed of a lighter weight than I'd expected, but will do just fine.
