Worked as Intended to remove clutch on an echo CS 500vlWorked exactly as designed.This tool along with my impact driver removed the offending "nut" in 2 seconds. Wish I had a neighbor to borrow it from, but now I'm the neighbor that owns one. Made quick work of gaining access to the clogged chain oiler.Fits the clutch on my Echo CS440 just fine even though the description says 'fits CS400'. A quick review of the parts manual for both saws revealed they used the same clutch so I thought I'd take a chance. It is not a perfect fit in that the 'teeth' are not putting pressure on the strongest part of the clutch but I was able to apply the specified torque of 30 Nm without breaking anything. Be advised the clutch has left hand threads and not all torque wrenches are capable of applying torque in the counter-clockwise direction. My Craftsman wrench is, but the Tekton wrench I bought here at Amazon, is not.Worked great , bought it and have it for future and saved money dealer wanted to pull it . Dealer was a putss , said special training , tryed to scare me how technical . Ready , you put it on you spin old off you put new on , tighten , wowExcellent quality tool. It was exactly what I needed for removing the clutch assembly from my Echo CS-440 chainsaw. I had to replace the oiler assembly on the chainsaw and it is not possible to do so without removing the clutch assembly. Removal was a breeze with this tool.Worked great on my echo CS-440fits great
