As with any Park tool the quality is still spot on. Their customer service is unmatched in the industry. Even during these times when most other companies are using COVID as an excuse to treat customers poorly and with disrespect. If you have issues or just questions you can call Park and they will answer, not an intelligible out of country call service. Don’t think twice about ordering Park tools, they are the bestPurchased to complete my set of Park Tool screwdrivers.I bought a number of these for a NFP that I work at that does computer demanufacturing and rebuilding. I know Park Tool from my bike hobby and thought these would work great in this type of setting. Given, we put our tools through the RINGER, but the heads on most of these started stripping in the first day of constant use, and within a month we are down to just a couple that we can use to demanufacture floppy and optical drives, for which a good #0 phillips is essential. I expected a bit more from Park Tool.This #O Phillips screwdriver is very handy. It has a big easy-to-grip handle that allows you to apply a large amount of torque on the tiny screws.This is a must-have for projects when the 'glasses repair kit' screwdrivers won't cut it.This has survived multiple projects on some very tough screws with no apparent wear on the screwdriver.The key to this 00 is the handle/grip. Unlike most screwdrivers for tiny screws, this one has a beefy handle which enables you to get the torque needed to release little screws. Someone at Park Tool figured out that you could put a big handle on a small-headed screwdriver. Presto! You have a winner.We were unable to replace the shroud on my Nvidia GTX 580 graphics card, so I ordered this 0 size philips. It arrived quickly and well packaged with a covering over the tip. The items seems sturdy and well made.Nice screwdriver, great grip. Has a nice feel. Just a good simple screwdriver.This thing is making me put 20 words.
