The tool itself is a wonderful product comfortable to use. HOWEVER, I only received 66 replacement blades. No tool, no 110 blades, just 66. Will never order from this company againReally nice tool. No issues at allOnly received the blade not the punchdown tool itself...great productI got this thinking it was a cheaper alternative to the popular brands. I see why the other brands are popular. I only used it off and on for a year. The blade is still sharp EXCEPT in the one space needed to cut the wire. When you look closely it has a small chip so it wont cut wires anymore. I know two other people with the same tool, both of their springs broke rendering their tool unusable. I also found out it's hard to buy replacement blades. The type of blade this tool uses isn't sold at your local stores. An online replacement plus shipping was half the cost of the tool. It is comfortable to hold and use, and the blades hold well on the back, but overall it's definitely not for long term or professional use.Comfortable, works flawlessly 2 years now several times a week. I keep the cutting end inside when not is use to protect the cutting tip! And then I keep it in a padded MultiMeter Bag. If it bounces around inside a tool bag/box, it will get dull or nicked. I like that the Blade does NOT come out unless I want it to, whether I twist the tool left or right, it stays in unless you pull the collar back.I haven't had a chance to use this tool in any punch down parties or endless patch panels, but I used it enough to realize it may be one of the most comfortable punch down tools I have had in my hand. Made with quality materials, attractive, and, let me repeat, comfortable!
