Clasp is a little wonky, but working for our needs.I purchased two of these for my grandsons, and what we did was to glue a base for their Legos into the bottom and put in a small Lego kit into each, so when my daughter and son in law have a long drive, the boys keep busy and don't lose any Legos. :)The box is a great size for our 2 and 3-year old boys. They are rough with everything and this has held up very well. The storage space is adequate to hold whatever they decide to cram into them on a particular day. Matchbox cars, action figures, tools, etc. The boys got the hang of it, but the latch may be a challenge for young kids.Ordered this to make a first aid kit for my son to keep in the garage. I printed up a "red cross" from the internet and taped it on top, then filled the box with the basics...peroxide, cotton, bandaids, antibiotic ointment, etc. It's the perfect size and will be handy in the garage where he needs it most.I purchased this box to use in my RV - as a makeup holder that I could fit into a section of my show rack. It's the perfect size, sturdy, really holds a lot, and is transparent so I can see what's in there. I'll probably buy more of these.I have purchased 2 of them.
