I definitely needed this tool as have some charms here that were very difficult for me to put together, but once the product arrived and I found out how to use it, the charms are all assembled in the right order in the bracelet. Will definitely come back and either get another charm tool if needed. I had gone for several months of frustration trying to get the charms assembled with no luck, so it was a wonderful find for me!I bought this because I figured after a decade with an Italian charm bracelet I should have one. It's the sturdiest I've seen and shipping was quick, but I put 4 stars since I still prefer to do it by hand and am beyond clumsy using this tool.I've had it for about a week now. At first it didn't come with instructions, so I tried to figure it out myself and I think that I bent one of the ends. I contacted seller and they emailed me the instructions right away, but I tried it once and couldn't get the charm on the bracelet. I maybe doing something wrong. I'll need to wait till I have a lot of time to try it again.If you have a link that doesn't want to open up very easily for you this it the tool to have. Makes getting links off and on your bracelet much easier once you get the hang of holding onto it. A good product to have on hand.I have not used this yet. I purchased Italian Charms and Bracelets for my daughters and I could not figure out how to put them all together. I will update when I have the time to try to construct the bracelets.This inexpensive little tool is apparently essential to sanity when applying or removing Italian charms from their bracelet. I purchased it at the same time as several charms and the bracelet and gave all as a gift. After examining the charms and the bracelet I was very glad I had also purchased the tool.Loved it. Cheap and it came fastThe tool did help with getting the charms on once you figured out how to use it. To me the directions were not very clear.
