Merely another casualty of the "online age", the person at the store grabs one out the box, throws it in the box, sends it to Fed Ex. These knives are stunning, simple, and reasonably priced, too bad I got the one with several large nicks in the BRAND NEW NEVER BEEN USED blade. Yeah, I can prolly take a whetstone and get them out, to only leave a scar in the blade. I mean, that's the only problem, the item came damaged. But, I'll stick up for the seller: My guess is whomever grabbed this from the bin had no idea to look the edge over to see if it were defective. The actual scraper itself, is bad to the bone. Other than this, no complaints. Item arrived company was fine. I'm going to deal with this i perfection.
