When my brother bought a new Shopsmith Mark V in 1963, he bought this book with it. I used his Shopsmith some back then and referred to the book often. The book would be useful to any woodworking shop, but is oriented toward the Shopsmith Mark V. In the early 70's I bought a 1954 model Shopsmith and have used it ever since, but did not have the book. I bought this one used from Amazon and am very pleased with it. The book has had good care and really doesn't look like it was used very much.
