If you are at home, familiarize yourself with and distinguish various sounds again. When you use the hearing aid for the first time, it is not recommended to go to noisy environments to prevent the ears from not adapting to too much sound. Week 2 Wearing a hearing aid for 3-4 hours a day in outdoor quiet places such as downstairs in residential areas, parks and so on. Get familiar with previous environments and see if you can distinguish the sound in these environments. Week 3 Wearing it for 5-6 hours a day allows for walking into public places such as supermarkets and shopping malls and so on. At this stage, it is recommended that the user communicate more with others. This helps to familiarize oneself with the speaker's language and control the user's speech volume. Week 4 After the first three weeks of adaptation, most hearing aid user can be well adaptable. The user can wear the hearing aid most of time except for special situations such as sleeping, showering, and washing hair. Now communicating with others becomes much easier when travelling to another city, shopping or going to a restaurant.
